Dynamic Strength Camp is specifically designed to help our youth stay active and improve their confidence and athleticism through increased speed, agility, strength, reaction, endurance, and injury prevention.
Our camps take place in a group setting and are led by our expert coaches in the most fun and supportive environment imaginable.

Our camps are divided into Middle School and High School groups.
This program is ideal for those who are looking to stay active, improve their athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
Be ready to get active! On the first day, we’ll jump right into working out. Come to camp wearing loose-fitting athletic clothing and gym shoes, and bring a water bottle!
This type of program has a few important benefits:
Middle School (2x/week)
Monday/Wednesday (11:00-12:30pm and 3:30-5:00pm)
Tuesday/Thursday (11:00-12:30pm and 3:30pm-5:00pm)
High-School (3 to 4x/week)
Monday-Thursday (8:00-9:30am, 11:00-12:30pm, 2:00-3:30pm and 5:00-6:30pm)
2x/week Middle School - $400
3x/week High-School - $600
4x/week High-School - $750
