What is Dynamic Performance Camp?

Dynamic Strength Camp is specifically designed to help our youth stay active and improve their confidence and athleticism through increased speed, agility, strength, reaction, endurance, and injury prevention.

Our camps take place in a group setting and are led by our expert coaches in the most fun and supportive environment imaginable.

Who is Dynamic Camps for? 

Our camps are divided into Middle School and High School groups (ages 10-13 and 14+).

This program is ideal for those who are looking to stay active, improve their athletic performance and reduce injury risk.

What to Expect at Your First Session

Be ready to get active! On the first day, we’ll jump right into working out. Come to camp wearing loose-fitting athletic clothing and gym shoes, and bring a water bottle! 


This type of program has a few important benefits: 

  • Helps athletes become less susceptible to injuries
  • Improves athletic speed, agility, power, coordination, core & total body strength, and conditioning
  • Improves confidence 
  • Learn about proper nutrition and hydration
  • Having FUN!

Spring Camp Rates and Schedule (10-weeks)

March 9th - May 21st (60 minute sessions)

Middle School (Ages 10+) (2x/week)
Monday/Wednesday (3:30-4:30pm)
Tuesday/Thursday (4:00pm-5:00pm)

High-School (2 to 4x/week)
Monday -Thursday (3:30-4:30pm)
Tuesday/Thursday (5:00-6:00pm)

Price (10-weeks)

2x/week Middle School or High-School - $360

3x/week High-School - $540

4x/week High-School - $720
