What is DSC's Recharge Class?

DSC Recharge is our movement based class designed to aid in the active health and recovery of your joints and muscles.

Think of Recharge as our version of yoga with a DSC twist!

It is an one hour class that is perfect for all abilities and dedicated to helping you:

  • Improve your body's recovery from workouts 

  • Decrease overall stiffness

  • Increase mobility and flexibility

  • Improve joint health and blood flow

  • Improve workout performance (better squatting, deadlifting, push-up, etc. technique)

  • Decrease overall stress

  • Improve posture and core strength 

Who is Recharge for?

Recharge is for anyone looking to move and feel better.

The class targets your joint's ability to move freely without pain and stiffness. 

What should you wear and bring?

Wear something you can easily move around in. 

These are clothes like shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts, tank tops, and yoga/workout leggings.

Bring a water with you as well!

What is the schedule and cost?

This class meets on Sunday's only from 8:30-9:30am.

Recharge can count as one of your weekly classes, or be purchased as an extra class or drop-in for $25.
