We've combined the two most important aspects of getting into the best shape of your life this summer:

1. Your nutrition plan

2. Your workouts

1| Customized Nutrition Plan and Coaching

We're here to teach you exactly how to eat to lose weight and get into the best shape of your life this summer

The first week of your program is all about to getting to know you and your goals. You will be meeting with our nutrition coaching director either in-person or online to:

  • Set goals and learn exactly what you want to get out of the program
  • Talk about what struggles you've encountered in the past when it comes to improving your health and nutrition
  • Create a customized game plan for success
  • Set baseline measurements so we can track your progress

From there, your nutrition coach is going to work with you to create a plan that is 100% customized to you. Think of your coach as your nutrition tour guide, helping you every step of the way.

We are going to show you the EXACT amounts of food to eat each day to reach your goals.

Did you know that on average, we underestimate our food intake (calories) by 1,000 calories per day. That is BAD news for weight loss as for us to be losing weight, we need to burning more calories than we are taking in through our diet. 

Many of us "think" we're eating good or healthy but are actually greatly overeating and therefore gaining or maintaining our weight. 

Imagine knowing each day EXACTLY what foods and what amounts of those foods to eat to be burning fat, boosting your energy, and improving your health! No more guessing.

We are going to teach you how many calories, carbs, proteins, and fats to eat to reach your individual goals.

And the best part is, this is NOT a restrictive diet. We are not going to tell you that you need to remove certain foods from your diet. Instead, we are going to teach you to eat healthier AND still include the foods you love in your diet.

Each week your nutrition coach will be providing you with:

1. One-on-one coaching and food tracking

Every week your nutrition coach will be reaching out to provide you with one on one coaching. This is where the real customization comes into play. Your coach will be updating your custom diet plan each week as needed to keep you progressing. This means they will be helping you each week track your food intake and hit your calorie goals each day.

They will be also answering any questions you have, providing feedback and coaching on any areas they want you to focus on for the coming week, as well as offer any support that you need. 

2. Fat-loss meal plans and recipes

Each week your coach will send you our delicious sample fat-loss meal plans. These include healthy ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to help you plan your healthy eating each week.

3. Coaching, daily habits, and tips to improve your diet and work toward your goals

Our mission is to make improving your diet and reaching your goals easy. A big part of this comes from the weekly coaching, habits, and tips your coaches will be providing. 

Along with your custom diet plan, we will be working on:

  • How to create balanced meals
  • Portion sizes
  • Proper hydration
  • Planning ahead and meal prepping
  • Eating the right foods before your workout
  • Staying consistent over the weekend
  • Eating enough protein
  • And much more!

2| Unlimited Coach-Led Workouts (in-person or online)

Nutrition is king. Exercise is queen. Put them together and you've got a kingdom.

Over the course of your 8-Week Summer Shred Challenge, you will have unlimited access to our wildly popular DSC fitness classes. 

Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and have a blast!

Once you arrive at DSC or start your online class, there is no more thinking on your part. Our coaches are here to take you through every step of your workout as we work on exercises to build total-body strength, burn calories, and improve your endurance. You're going to LOVE how you feel after each class.

Never done anything like this before? Perfect. Our friendly coaches will be working directly with you to slow things down, get comfortable at DSC, and improve your technique with each movement. There's no keeping up with anyone or any competition. Each workout is all about you!
