Do you have some upcoming travel but still looking to keep your workout momentum rolling?

Short on time, space, and equipment?

We've got you covered!

We've created two quick and effective workouts guaranteed to help you stay on track, shred fat, build muscle, and get a great sweat on, no matter where you are!

First, let's get you started with a quick warm-up to help you feel and move better after all that travel.

Your Warm-Up

Complete 5-10 reps or :20-:30 of each movement to get loose, improve your workout performance, reduce injury risk, and get you ready to CRUSH your workout!

Choose your workout!

Now it's time to work!

Choose either the 1-DB or Body-Weight Workouts below.

Here's how it works:

Set a timer for 10-20 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Complete 10 reps of each exercise in your circuit in order.

Work to complete each exercises as fast as possible with perfect posture and technique.

Once you've completed each exercises, rest for :30-1:00 and restart.

Your goal is to complete as many rounds of your circuit as possible in the allotted time!

1-DB Circuit

All you need is some space and 1 dumbbell (DB).  If you're new to DB's a good place to start is 10-20lbs.

Body-Weight Circuit

All you need is YOU and some space. Have FUN!
