Over the years we've built quite a niche for helping women get started.

We help them get into a consistent workout routine and feel their best.

Most of the women who have joined our program were brand new to working out.

In fact, the vast majority had never been in a gym before or a consistent workout routine.

They spent most of their lives taking care of others and have spent little time on their own health.

They wanted to feel better. They wanted to lose weight, have more energy, and get into a fun and consistent workout routine.

They then stepped out of their comfort zone, committed to change, and have absolutely thrived since joining our program. They've thrived with the right amount of guidance, support, direction, and community -- a community of women with similar stories and goals.

4-weeks of commitment and guidance to help you get started, build some great momentum, and feel your BEST!

Our 4-Week Intro to Fitness for Women combines the 3 aspects of DSC that have made our members so successful:

1. Our DSC Workouts (here at DSC or our online home workouts)
2. Nutritional Guidance
3. Online Community

1. Your DSC Workouts

Whether you are looking to join us here at DSC or from home, we have the workouts for you.

Never done anything like this before? Perfect! That's why we created this program! We are here to slow things down and and help you get comfortable. Our coaches will be working with you every step of the way.

There is no trying to keep up with anyone or worry of holding others back. Your workouts are all about you!

Injuries? No problem! We have specific ways to work around any ache or pain as we include low-impact exercises in all of our workouts.

Each class, whether you join us at DSC or online is coach-led. We work on a variety of exercises and fun circuits to improve your core and total-body strength, increase your flexibility, and burn fat.

Our coaches will take you through every step of your workout from start to finish. That means we will slow things down, help you work at your own pace, teach you how to complete each exercises and help you get into the best shape of your life!

Workout note: You can now access this program from anywhere in the world! We will be providing DSC online home workouts for those who live too far from DSC or are not able to return to the gym right now. These workouts are very similar to the ones you would have at DSC, require little to no equipment, and can be done right from your living room. All of your online workouts will be emailed to you each week.

2. Your Nutritional Guidance & Meal Plans

Think of our 4-Week Intro to Fitness Program as a diet reset.

Our mission is to help you remove some of the unfavorable eating habits many of us picked up during quarantine and arm you with some of the most beneficial and easy to implement nutritional habits like:

  • Learning to plan ahead
  • Portion sizes
  • Creating balanced meals
  • Healthy snacking
  • How to eat mindfully (not because you're bored or stressed)
  • Learning how to eat for fat-loss
  • Eating the right foods to fuel for your day and workouts
  • Proper hydration

With your nutritional guidance, we will be sending you weekly fat-loss meal plans to give you ideas for creating health and delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for the week.

All of your easy to follow nutritional guidance, tips, and fat-loss meal plans will be emailed to you throughout the program.

3. Online Community

The research is very clear surrounding health and community. Those surrounded and supported by like-minded, positive people, thrive. They live longer, stronger, happier and healthier lives. 

This rings true when it comes to fitness success. We believe no one should have to do it alone. In fact, trying to get started on your own with improving your health, fitness and diet, rarely works. And the research agrees. Studies across the country as well as countless accounts from DSC show your workout consistency, intensity, and motivation soar with the support and encouragement of your fellow members and coaches.

Your 4-Week Intro to Fitness Program will include an awesome private online community page where you can interact with your fellow members and coaches. We will use this page to support and motivate each other, ask questions, and your coaches will be post great things like fitness and diet tips and daily motivation.
