If you ask our members to describe Dynamic there is one answer you'll hear time and time again.

The answer is that "Dynamic is so much more than just a gym!"

"It's a family!"

Over the past 4 years we have grown a vibrant, strong DSC community.

That is our mission at here at Dynamic.

Unlike your typical gym, we are not in the business of gaining memberships.

For us, it's much more than that.

We are in the business of changing lives.

We are here to help our members reach their goals and build lasting relationships that help and support those in our community.

This is because together we can do so much!

Saturday was a fantastic example of the strength of our DSC Community with our Charity Workout to benefit the ALS Association.

The ALS Association is an American nonprofit organization that works to towards finding a cure for ALS by raising money for research and patient services.

Our day consisted of 2 amazing group workouts at 8:00 and 10:30am.

We started each workout with a greeting from DSC Manager, Renee Porcelli and our Directors of Operations, Sara Levy.

They covered what the ALS Association is and the incredible work they do towards finding a cure and providing families with support.

We then spread out across the gym and went through a Dynamic warm-up to prepare everyone to rock.

Our workout consisted of 5, 10 minute team stations.

The goal was to go as far as possible at each station with your team.

We used our bikes, Skiergs, Versaclimbers, treadmills, and rowers!

It was a blast!

Thank you to all of our members for such an incredible day!

We were able to raise over $6,000 to benefit the ALS Association in just 2 hours! We are so proud of our DSC community!
