As of today, I have lost a total of 75lbs!

Before I started working out at Dynamic I was very inconsistent with working out. I had a gym membership but couldn't always motivate myself to go. I would always have good intentions saying, “Monday I am going to start working out and eating healthy.” I would start many times on Monday, do good for a while but then after a while would just get frustrated from not seeing results. I knew I needed to do something and something fast because with each attempt at losing weight it seemed as though I would gain more back.

I was on Facebook one day and saw some videos of people working out. They were doing some things that looked very different than anything I had ever done. They also looked like they we're having fun at the same time. I just kept watching the videos over and over. I finally got in touch with a friend who worked out there. She convinced me to give it a try. I was very anxious about trying it out. I had many thoughts going through my head. Will I be able to do this? Will I make a fool of myself? What if I can't do it? I decided that the following Monday I would give it a try. I could barely sleep Sunday night I was so anxious. 

On Monday morning, the moment I walked into DSC, my anxiety started to subside. Everyone was so friendly! It was not long before we started the workout. Being that it was my first day I was guided through the workout from the owner Matt. He told me to work at my own pace and if I needed a break to take what I needed. I am not going to lie, being so out of shape I was a bit winded. I had to push myself to keep going. It seemed like the class went by really fast. Before I knew it, it was over. I remember thinking holy cow that was a great workout. I couldn't wait for the next one. 

I went the rest of the week, all 5 days, Monday through Friday. By the end of the week I decided this was a place unlike any other place I have ever worked out. The support from the staff and all of the members is amazing. I needed to join. Since I have started in April of 2015, I have worked out about 5 days a week at DSC. I find it very addicting. Who would have thought I would have become addicted to working out? I'm happy to say I am. Working out so hard has also encouraged me to eat better. Which I am happy to say has lead to weight loss that I never thought was possible. As of today I have lost a total of 75 pounds. 

I feel stronger than I ever have and my energy is at an all time high. I am so happy with the results from working out at DSC. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about joining to do it today. Don't waste another day thinking about it. Join in on all the fun we are having while getting into the best shape of your life. I promise you will not regret it and I guarantee you will make some great friends along the way.
