Our athletes train in a high energy, result-driven environment, all while maintaining the individualized attention that proper athletic development requires. The focus is on building a solid athletic foundation through linear and lateral speed development, agility, explosive power development, and functional strength training.
Our Athletic Development Programs are designed for the athlete who is looking to get stronger, faster, and more powerful with a reduced risk of injury.
Athletes should wear loose-fitting athletic clothing, gym shoes, and bring a water bottle! Our very first session is an introduction where we’ll be going over what the training structure will look like, have you get to know the coaches and perform a variety of baseline athletic metric testing. At about an hour in length, it’s shorter than a typical session. We'll use the baseline testing results for programming your workouts and to track your progress at the end of the training cycle.

The primary benefit of our Dynamic Athlete Performance Training comes in professional program design, which features a customized program for the individual needs and goals of the athlete, and world-class coaching in a low coach-to-athlete ratio of 1:4 on average.
Our coaches teach you proper exercise techniques and educate you on proper training practices, empowering you with the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term sport specific success.
Family discounts are available for siblings.
Our Dynamic Athlete Performance Training sessions are by appointment and can be scheduled in advance.

We try to discourage clients from consistently missing sessions, as results are dependent upon consistent dedicated effort. We do not refund unused training. However, we may be able to roll unused training into future use at the gym.
