Athletes can also expect to receive the following:

Who is the Athlete Performance Training Program (Ages 14+) For?

Our Athletic Development Programs are designed for the athlete who is looking to get stronger, faster, and more powerful with a reduced risk of injury.

What to Expect at Your First Session

Athletes should wear loose-fitting athletic clothing, gym shoes, and bring a water bottle! Our very first session is an introduction where we’ll be going over what the training structure will look like, have you get to know the coaches and perform a variety of baseline athletic metric testing. At about an hour in length, it’s shorter than a typical session. We'll use the baseline testing results for programming your workouts and to track your progress at the end of the training cycle.

What to Expect at Each Session

Typical training sessions last about 75-90 minutes and consist of the following:

5-10 minutes of self-myofascial release

10-15 minute movement prep and dynamic warm-up

10-15 minutes of speed and plyometric training

10-15 minutes of power training

30-45 minutes of resistance training and core training

10-20 minutes of conditioning
