Great People Don't Work Alone


Matt’s primary role at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning is to make sure that our coaches and clients are consistently improving, all while operating at their very best! With a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and several prior experiences in the fitness world, Matt brings a wide scope of understanding and knowledge to Dynamic. Matt completed internships and work experience at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Cressey Sports Performance, UNH Strength and Conditioning, SNHU Baseball Strength and Conditioning, and Northeastern University Strength and Conditioning.

Director of Athletic Development & Performance Coach

Kurtis graduated from Lasell College in 2010 with a BS in Exercise Science. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) as well as the Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC). Kurtis completed internships with Holy Cross Athletics and Harvard University Athletics.

For the past 3 years Kurtis has been a Strength and Conditioning coach at Harvard University. Starting as a coaching assistant and working up to Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. He worked with numerous sport teams, including volleyball, tennis, soccer, crew, fencing, sailing, golf, diving, alpine and track and field, as well as an assistant for football.

Director of Women's Group Training

Renee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science; she is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach and is CPR Certified as well. Renee has been with Dynamic Strength and Conditioning since October of 2014, and she plays an important role in many of our programs. 

As a Performance Coach, Renee works with many of our clients, ranging from youth to adult. She assists with developing our Adult Group Training Programs, creates individual strength and conditioning programs for our youth athletes, and also has experience working in both group settings as well as in custom training programs. Renee also serves as the Head Coach for DSC's Ladies Beginner Program.

Performance Coach

Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University, and is also a Certified Kettlebell Trainer-IKFF. His long list of continuing education includes completion of courses such as Steve Maxwell Bodyweight Training for the Everyday Client, Perform Better 3-Day Summit, TPS/Chad Wesley Smith Juggernaut for Football, Ultimate Back Fitness and Performance with Dr. Stu McGill, and Boston Sports Medicine & Performance Group 2-Day Seminar. 

At Dynamic Strength and Conditioning, Chris serves clients as a Coach. He organizes large personal training groups in preparation for and during training, which includes breathing, mobility and dynamic warm-up drills. Chris excels at demonstrating proper techniques to clients through visual and audible cues, and utilizes progressive, regressive, or modified techniques according to the unique needs of each client.

Director of Operations

Sara graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Hofstra University in 2010. Her prior experiences as Director of Customer Service and a Front Desk Manager gave her a strong, customer-focused administrative foundation while six years of working in the health care field instilled the desire to help people. After joining Dynamic Strength & Conditioning as a member in 2016 she experienced first hand the “magic” that sets DSC apart from the rest and was instantly hooked: the coaches, the other members, the workouts, the support and the results! Starting in the Women’s Group, then advancing to the Adult Co-Ed Group Training and even joining the Nutrition Program, Dynamic allowed Sara to lose 50 lbs, get in the best shape of her life and sparked a passion for fitness she never knew she had!

 Sara joined the team to help others receive a similarly positive experience like she had by coming to DSC! Her role is to help business operations run smoothly and grow, support and promote the philosophy, goals, objectives and programs of the facility and uphold member satisfaction!

Director of On-Boarding / Performance Coach

Delaine graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Exercise Science, minoring in Psychology. While at UNH she worked as a Personal Trainer at the Employee Fitness Program and with several clients in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. She is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach. 

Delaine completed her internship here at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning and is now a full time Performance Coach. She is in charge of getting new members comfortable and into our DSC community as our Director of On-Boarding.
Delaine brings a fun and positive energy to every class and strives to create the best workout experience possible for all our members!
