Dynamic Strength and Conditioning offers comprehensive strength and conditioning programs in personal, semi-private, and small group formats. For a completely customized personal training program you can sign up for 1 on 1 based training, or you can split the cost of the coach with 1 to 3 other people and still receive a completely customized program in a semi-private training program. Another option is a small group training program with a maximum of 8 clients to a coach, and you will receive a complete, progressive strength and conditioning program with the option of semi-customization for any goals you may want to focus on. For all new clients we offer a 30 day trial period where you can try it out without any commitment. The trial period is called The Dynamic Foundations Program, where you receive a functional movement assessment, anthropometric body measurements, and 4 weeks of training with a personalized program to get you started.

Given equal skill, the one thing that separates the great athletes from all the others is their level of strength and conditioning. Most athletes practice and play their sports year round to the exclusion of any structured strength and conditioning work. This will help their skill development to a point, but optimal physical preparedness is required to take the athlete to the elite levels. Without a solid foundation in strength and conditioning, the athlete will fall short of their true potential and be at a higher risk of sustaining injury during play.

At Dynamic Strength and Conditioning, we offer sports specific athletic development programs that will increase an athlete's speed, coordination, acceleration, strength, power, and conditioning. We also offer a comprehensive movement assessment and will provide specific corrective work based on the results of the assessment and the athlete's specific needs regarding his or her sport.

Personal Coaching Plans

Whether you're looking to improve your competitive performance or want increased coach interaction to keep you motivated and moving toward your fitness goals, Dynamic Strength and Conditioning will help you achieve your goals. Whether you're a cyclist trying to keep up with the local Saturday morning group ride or a marathoner trying to break the 3:00 mark, we can put together a training plan for you that gets you where you want to be. We will provide customized training plans each month based on your initial consultation, your field test, and ongoing personal interaction. Your coach will review your plan on a weekly basis along with any power or heart rate data you provide and adjust your plan accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged, so your coach can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.

Online Personal Training

Personal training is the best way to get a customized physical training program targeted specifically to your goals. Results from personal training have been proven to far exceed results that an individual can achieve on their own. We see it every day at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning. But not everybody has a work schedule that allows two or three visits per week to the gym for personal training. In addition, one on one personal training rates can get expensive pretty quickly at two or three sessions per week. For the individual looking for incredible results, the ability to get personal training on their own schedule, and a great cost savings for personal instruction, then online personal training may be the answer.

If you sign up for online personal training with Dynamic Strength and Conditioning you will get:

Customization:

After an initial phone consultation you will fill out an initial assessment form and goals sheet. We will send you your first training log and a nutrition log. The workout log will be updated for you each week with a new week's worth of workouts customized specifically for you. This weekly customization is key. Many online personal training programs or magazine based programs will give you cookie cutter 4-12 week programs. We will work with you on a weekly basis to optimize your training plan to achieve your specific goals.

Attention:

You will receive phone (1 call per week) and email access (up to 3 emails per week) to your personal trainer as necessary so that we can review your progress and properly update your training plan. Your trainer can also offer nutritional advice so that you can be sure that your nutritional intake complements your physical training program. Having this personal attention from your trainer will keep you motivated and keep you accountable to your progress.

With this level of customization and personal attention from your personal trainer you will see incredible results that you just wouldn't be able to get on your own. Nutrition Consulting

You can't out exercise a bad diet. Your nutrition is the foundation on which your training program or fat loss goals are set. We will help you make the modifications to your diet so that your nutritional intake is aligned with your goals, whether you are looking for fat-loss, elite athletic performance, or increased muscle mass. We will do this by helping you to learn how to eat for an objective, how to make better choices, and understand the importance of nutrient timing. A one time nutritional consultation is $75, which includes a detailed analysis of a nutritional journal that you will keep for 3-5 days plus a follow-up consultation to help you to make the modifications necessary to achieve your goals. On-going support with follow-up consultations are also available.
