Individualized Training

In a 1 on 1 training program you will receive a comprehensive Functional Movement Screen to identify any asymmetries, imbalances, or weaknesses that may require corrective programming introduced into your training program. You will also receive a full customized training program based on your specific goals and needs. We will set you up with one of our certified strength and conditioning coaches that best suits you so that you are in an environment that provides the greatest chance of success at achieving all of your goals.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Receive all the benefits of 1 on 1 personal training at a reduced cost by splitting the cost of the coach. In a semi-private training group you will receive a Functional Movement Screen and a full customized training program based on your specific goals. Any necessary corrective work that is required as an outcome of your FMS will also be included in your program to ensure optimal performance and results. This is the best option for full customization in your training program at a reduced cost by splitting the cost of the coach. The group size in semi-private will generally be 2 or 3 clients to a coach. Small Group Personal Training

Everybody benefits from having a structured, progressive training program, but for most, the cost of personal training is prohibitive. Our small group training programs allow clients to enjoy the structure and progression of a comprehensive strength and conditioning program at a fraction of the cost of personal training. In our small group programs you will receive a program that includes joint mobility, flexibility, and soft-tissue work; speed, agility, and plyometrics; progressive resistance, power, and power-endurance work; and high intensity anaerobic conditioning. This is a phenomenal strength and conditioning program that will increase your strength, stamina, and energy levels while increasing your lean body mass. In a small group setting of no more than 8 students to a coach, you will develop a camaraderie within the group that helps motivate and push you to higher levels in a non-intimidating, supportive atmosphere.

We also offer the option of semi-customization within the small group setting. If there is a specific goal or requirement that you would like integrated into your training program we can build that into the framework of your general strength and conditioning program. You can receive semi-customization of your small group program for the low additional fee of 20% of your program cost.

Dynamic Foundations

A 30-day trial program for new members, Dynamic Foundations, serves as an introduction to our semi-private and small group training programs with absolutely no commitment to continue beyond the introductory trial program.

The Foundations program includes all of the following:

  • Intake consult that includes a health and injury history plus goal setting
  • Comprehensive functional movement assessment to identify asymmetries, imbalances, and/or weaknesses.
  • Anthropometric body measurements (optional).
  • Personalized exercise program based on the results of your personal assessment.
  • 4 weeks of training with an option of 2 or 3 sessions per week in a small group setting of as few as 2 people and no more than 8 to a coach.

We are so confident in our training methods that we are offering this trial program for only $89 for the 2x per week option (with the FMS this is a $225 value!), or $129 for 3x per week (a $275 value!) with no commitment to continue beyond the initial 30 days. Strength and Conditioning for the Endurance Athlete

An off-season strength and conditioning program is crucial to building and maintaining a solid foundation from which the endurance athlete can continue to get faster and reduce the risk of season ending injuries. A strength and conditioning program for the endurance athlete will include a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) which will identify weaknesses, asymmetries, and/or imbalances that could be primary contributors to nagging joint and tendon issues. Corrective exercises will be incorporated into your strength and conditioning program based on findings from your FMS. You will have a custom or semi-custom strength program designed specifically for you, based on your goals, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. In order to get optimal results from this program, 8-12 weeks at a minimum of 3x per week is recommended.

Fat Loss Program

A proper diet along with a strength and conditioning program at Dynamic is the perfect combination for reduction in fat loss while increasing lean body mass. The Fat Loss Program is a combination of our Dynamic Foundations program along with our Nutritional Consultation services. You will receive a functional movement assessment, anthropometric body measurements in order to track progress as you reduce your body fat, an extensive nutritional consultation, and a 30 day personalized training program in a small group setting. Once you are through the 30 day trial period we will re-assess and determine which route is best for you going forward based on your individual goals and needs. There is absolutely no commitment beyond the initial 30 day trial program but we are confident you will love the program and the results that you will get at Dynamic!

Dynamic Sports Performance Training

These programs are designed for the athlete who is looking to get stronger, faster, and more powerful with a reduced risk of injury. The focus is on building a solid athletic foundation through linear and lateral speed development, agility, explosive power development, and functional strength training. A low coach to student ratio ensures that the athlete will be closely supervised for proper technique and safety. The athlete that takes part in the Dynamic Sports Performance Training program will see increased performance in competition with a reduced risk of injury.

Dynamic Strength and Conditioning is offering in-season, off-season, and pre-season training programs to meet each athlete's individual needs and goals. Programs are offered after school, Saturday mornings, and during Summer vacations. Your athlete will receive a comprehensive Functional Movement Screen and a completely individualized program based on the athlete's needs with regards to his or her sport as well as any necessary corrective exercise based on results of the FMS. Off-season and pre-season strength and conditioning sessions are 2,3, or 4 days per week, typically lasting 90 minutes and include soft tissue work, dynamic movement prep, speed/agility work, strength, power, power-endurance, and full body anaerobic conditioning. The in-season program is a 1 or 2 day per week program focused on maintaining sports-specific strength, joint mobility, and flexibility during their competitive season.

Dynamic Youth Athletic Development: Ages 7-11

The Dynamic Youth Athletic Development Program is designed to enhance:

Details of the Program:

The ages of 7 through 11 are critical years in a child's life for motor skill development. The Dynamic Youth Athletic Development Program is a developmental system in a fun and friendly environment where children can grow and establish base skills, which in turn will create a solid foundation to build upon. These skills will have an emphasis on coordination habits, creating confidence and mastery of basic body movements. Each block in the foundation will be sure to establish future success for the young athlete and will carryover into more advanced sport-specific skills and exercise technique.

The Dynamic Youth Athletic Development Program has 2 or 3 days per week options. The sessions will run 60 minutes and each participant will be placed into one of 2 groups depending on age and ability level.

Powerlifting

Powerlifting is a strength sport focused on the Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press. This program is for you whether you are interested in getting into competitive powerlifting or would just like to improve your absolute strength. This is a complete powerlifting program that meets 3 times per week and is coached by our own competitive powerlifting coaches. The sessions focus on the primary lifts as well as the assistance exercises that complete an effective powerlifting program and also includes high intensity anaerobic conditioning finishers. The powerlifting program meets on Tue/Thu morning at 6am, Tue/Thu evening at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9:00am.

Dynamic Functional Performance Training

Dynamic Functional Performance Training is an hour long, high intensity workout designed to maximize muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory function, increase functional strength, enhance range of motion and mobility, and build bulletproof core strength. Each session includes a dynamic warmup, joint mobility work, a high intensity workout routine utilizing bodyweight exercise, kettlebells, and other dynamic movements. These sessions are an excellent complement to the small group training program for those looking to get an extra workout in during the week, or for the weekend warrior looking for a phenomenal metabolic conditioning session. These workouts are offered on Saturdays at 8am and Sundays at 11am for the dropin fee of $15.
