Programs
Group Exercise is one of the most invigorating, motivating ways to get a great workout. You will benefit from the energy and support of others in the group and get maximum results. Dynamic Strength and Conditioning offers several options for you to get the best workout possible in a group setting.

90 Day Fitness Challenge
Targeted at people new to functional conditioning or just getting back into shape, this is a comprehensive personal training program that includes fitness assessments, goal setting, and nutritional guidance. A structured group personal training program with a limited group size that meets 3 times per week, the 90 Day Fitness Challenge is the first step in realizing huge increases in energy, strength, and muscular endurance while reducing body fat and building lean muscle.
The 90 Day Challenge meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm. Sessions run for one hour. If you have a problem from time to time making one of your scheduled sessions then you can make it up during one of our scheduled drop-in sessions. Alternatively, if you are away on business travel or vacation we can send you away with some minimal equipment (jump rope and a jungle gym) and a list of workouts to do while you're on the road so you don't skip a beat :)

Dynamic Performance
A progressive 12 week program, Dynamic Performance is designed to maximize your metabolism, functional strength and power, muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory function. You will simultaneously increase your range of motion and mobility, and build bulletproof core strength. There are fitness assessments so that you can monitor and stay motivated by the gains you’re making. The group size is limited to 16 to ensure that you get all the attention you need from the only certified functional strength and conditioning trainers in the area.
The Dynamic Performance program runs for 12 weeks and is being offered on Mon/Wed/Fri. You have the option of signing up for M/W/F @ 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 5:00pm, or 7:00pm. If you would like an additional workout beyond your 3 regularly scheduled sessions, everybody who is enrolled in the Dynamic Performance program is welcome to attend any of our other drop-in sessions at the discounted rate of $10. If your job requires you to travel or if you are planning a vacation during the 3 months of the Dynamic Performance program just let us know and we'll provide a jump rope, a jungle gym and a list of workouts for you to do while you're on the road. Additionally, if you miss one of your regularly scheduled sessions during the week, you can attend one of the drop-in sessions as a makeup during the same week.
Combat Conditioning
Targeted specifically at combat athletes this is the only program of its kind in the area. You will develop maximum strength and muscular endurance in an intense, competitive atmosphere. Training with kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, tires, ropes and bodyweight exercises you’ll enter every fight in the best condition possible. All else being equal, the stronger fighter will always win.
Combat Conditioning sessions are being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00pm. Sessions are only open to competitive martial artists, and are invitation only. Email or call Kevin Buckley for consideration.

Weight Loss Program
A lot of people are interested in big time weight loss, 25, 50, 100 pounds. As important as the exercise that we do at Dynamic is, it's still just a part of what needs to be done if you want to lose weight. A big part of it is the nutrition side of things. Not only what you're eating, but at what time. In the weight loss program you will be held accountable to what you're eating. We'll track progress with body measurements and have you keep nutrition logs. We'll get your nutritional intake dialed in so that you are absolutely guaranteed to lose the weight you want to lose if you do what we tell you to do. The workouts will consist of two sessions in one of our small group training programs. Additionally you will be able to attend the Saturday morning 8a drop-in session. In this program you are guaranteed to lose weight if you stick with the program.

Spartan Workouts
In ancient times the Spartan Warrior was considered the standard of excellence in athleticism and strength. At Dynamic Strength and Conditioning we've created a series of very challenging full body workouts to bring out the Spartan Warrior in you. We will use kettlebells, medicine balls, climbing ropes, rings, tractor tires, bodyweight and other means to develop maximal strength and functional conditioning. The workouts will challenge you at the highest level, an advanced level of fitness will be required to join these sessions. Saturdays at 9am. $15 dropin or $10 for anybody enrolled in another DSC program.

Small Group Training
In this program the number of participants will be kept to 8 per session. In my experience, a 1:8 trainer:student ratio is the perfect number where the person training can still get the level of attention and extra motivation they need that they may not get in a larger group. This is the ideal balance between the semi-privates and the larger group programs. The intensity and the potential for maximum results is increased in the smaller group vs the larger group because the trainer will have more of a chance to provide the personal motivation and attention to each individual. The small group training is guaranteed to be a high intensity training program with structure and progression and will get you the results you want. Nutritional guidance is also offered as an extra to this program. The Small Group Training is being offered on Tue and Thu at 6am and 7am. Other times may be available if there is a demand for it, please inquire.
Open Drop-in Sessions

We run functional strength and conditioning workout sessions throughout the week so that those who are not enrolled in one of our other programs can still come in and get a killer workout with us.
We offer discounted lunchtime sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon with a $10 drop-in fee. We also offer drop-in sessions on Saturday at 8am and Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm. The Saturday morning and Tuesday/Thursday evening sessions are $15 per session. These are open to anybody on a drop-in basis. These are intense full body workouts with bodyweight exercise, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other equipment. This is the perfect opportunity for anybody to come check out what we're all about before signing up for one of our group or personal training programs and your first drop-in session is free.
