Group Exercise is one of the most invigorating, motivating ways to get a great workout. You will benefit from the energy and support of others in the group and get maximum results. Dynamic Strength and Conditioning offers several options for you to get the best workout possible in a group setting.

Kettlebell Training:
There is no better way to increase your functional strength and endurance in a short amount of time than with the Russian Kettlebell. The design of the kettlebell with a displaced center of gravity demands a total body effort for all exercises and the metabolic effect of training with the kettlebell is extraordinary. Experience stunning fat loss, maximal strength gains, and an amazing increase in your endurance with our kettlebell training sessions. Each session is taught by Kevin Buckley, IKFF certified kettlebell instructor.

F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training):
In FIT sessions you'll work with a wide variety of equipment and techniques designed to challenge cardiovascular endurance, agility, and balance. FIT sessions can include anything from jumping rope to throwing medicine balls, from running in place to animal based crawling and jumping movements. |

FIT sessions use a unique technique - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). High Intensity Interval Training is high intensity, not high impact. High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is exactly what it sounds like; it's a cardiovascular workout with short intense intervals aimed at improving physical fitness. The idea behind High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT, is this: work really hard for a few seconds, and then take a short break. It's simple! Training using High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT, definitely beats running on a treadmill for 60 minutes, and is much a better way to achieve true physical fitness. With High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT you get a far better workout in a fraction of the time. It burns fat faster, results in great physical fitness and we promise you won't be bored. High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is the best way to physical fitness!

60 Day Fitness Challenge:
During the 60-Day Fitness Challenge we monitor your workouts, goal setting, physical testing and nutrition and follow up every 30 days with another full evaluation and testing! You will have everything you need to transform your body in only 60 days!
The 60-Day Fitness Challenge includes an initial intake and periodic check-ups to track your progress. During the first intake you will discuss your current diet and goals with a personal trainer. By the end of the intake you will have guidelines for nutrition and a road map to your fitness goals - all laid out for you. The 60-Day Fitness Challenge also includes a workout log and nutrition log for you to record and track your workouts, diet and personal progress.

| Challenge members attend 3 fitness classes per week. The Fitness classes are structured to build a strong foundation of essential movements, skills, and strengths. You will develop lean muscle and tone, increase range of motion and mobility while burning unwanted fat. You will be challenged physically and mentally. Spartan Workouts :

In ancient times the Spartan Warrior was considered the standard of excellence in athleticism and strength. At Dynamic Strength and Conditioning we've created a series of very challenging full body workouts to bring out the Spartan Warrior in you. We will use kettlebells, medicine balls, climbing ropes, rings, tractor tires, bodyweight and other means to develop maximal strength and functional conditioning. The workouts will challenge you at the highest level, an advanced level of fitness will be required to join these sessions.

| First Responder Strength and Conditioning Training: |

Training for the unknown requires great functional strength . When you're a first responder, the only thing that is known is that you will need full body strength, high endurance, explosive power, and the mental toughness to continue on when things get extremely difficult and even life threatening. Training at a high intensity with a functional strength training program is essential to developing all of these traits. At Dynamic Strength and Conditioning we have developed the first strength and conditioning program of its kind to be offered in a gym, targeted specifically at first responders. You will work harder than you ever have and you will get phenomenal results that will translate directly to your time in the field.

| MMA Strength and Conditioning Training: |

Success in MMA and BJJ requires great functional strength . You need full body explosive power and strength, maximum endurance, and the mental toughness to continue on when you're up against it and things get extremely difficult. Training at a high intensity with a functional strength training program is essential to developing all of these traits. At Dynamic Strength and Conditioning we have developed the first program in the area of its kind targeted specifically at MMA fighters and martial artists in general. You will work harder than you ever have and you will get phenomenal results that will translate directly to results on the mat. We are now offering customized sessions open only to MMA fighters and martial artists. Proof of affiliation with a martial arts program required. |

| Rates: All of our services are on a pay as you go basis, whether it's personal training or group sessions. There are several different options depending on how often you're coming and how long of a period you would like to commit to. There are no required long term commitments or membership fees. There are discounted rates for students, seniors, military and first responders. There are additional discounts if you are mixing personal training with group sessions. The first week of group sessions is always free so if you're interested in group sessions then come in for your free week and we can determine what's best for you going forward. |
