90 Day Fitness Challenge

Targeted at people new to functional conditioning or just getting back into shape, this is a comprehensive personal training program that includes fitness assessments, goal setting, and nutritional guidance. A structured group personal training program with a limited group size that meets 3 times per week, the 90 Day Fitness Challenge is the first step in realizing huge increases in energy, strength, and muscular endurance while reducing body fat and building lean muscle.

Dynamic Performance

A progressive 12 week program, Dynamic Performance is designed to maximize your metabolism, functional strength and power, muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory function. You will simultaneously increase your range of motion and mobility, and build bulletproof core strength. There are fitness assessments so that you can monitor and stay motivated by the gains you’re making. The group size is limited to 16 to ensure that you get all the attention you need from the only certified functional strength and conditioning trainers in the area.

Combat Conditioning

Targeted specifically at combat athletes this is the only program of its kind in the area. You will develop maximum strength and muscular endurance in an intense, competitive atmosphere. Training with kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, tires, ropes and bodyweight exercises you’ll enter every fight in the best condition possible. All else being equal, the stronger fighter will always win.

Boomers

Targeted at the 55+ generation, this program is designed for those who want to make a commitment to aging youthfully, staying active, and making their years over 55 the best years of their lives. With our Boomers program you will increase strength and endurance, mobility and flexibility. You will build lean, functional muscle and burn unwanted fat. Old nagging injuries will heal with just the right mix of bodyweight exercises, kettlebell training and Eischens Yoga.
