I am very lucky to be in a place where I get to work with a wide range of clients.

At Dynamic, our members range from middle school through college age athletes, as well as men and women who have a variety of fitness levels, overall health and fitness goals.

I truly enjoy the different experiences, successes, and challenges each member presents. Most especially, I feel a certain level of closeness to my Women's Groups.

When we first started the program about a year and a half ago, we weren’t really sure how it would go.

One thing I knew is that I have always had a deep passion for empowering women in the gym. I knew there are a lot of women who may be intimidated in a gym environment but would succeed greatly with the right safe and fun strength and conditioning program.

Fast forward to now and I am so glad we gave this a go.

I often joke that I would already be able to retire now if I had a dollar for every woman who first came in and told me they didn’t think they were going to be able to do it, or that they were scared.

The hardest part for many of these women is walking through the door.

Every single month I get to watch these women step out of their comfort zone and see incredible results, like Jennifer, Colleen, Laura, Deb, Lynda and Barbara

I am amazed at how they become more comfortable in the gym, improve their technique, get stronger as well as support and encourage each other.  Most importantly they have fun and gain self-confidence.

One of the initial goals of the program was to provide a strength program that was safe and effective for women and this remains a key component to each month’s program.

I firmly believe that strength training is very important for women, regardless of age! However, I’ve come to realize that it is equally important to get these women to believe in themselves.

It has been such a joy to watch these ladies realize how mentally and physically strong they really are, and that they cant do it! This is what I am most proud of!

So while I don’t promise the women that the program will always be easy, I do believe it will be worth it and furthermore they will gain a lot more than just strength in the long run!

Let's do this together, ladies!
