I truly believe you can do whatever you want. I know this because I am living proof. I have been into sports for most of my life, most recently as an endurance athlete. Functional conditioning has enhanced the strength and endurance I need to run 50+ miles during ultra marathons. As a trainer, nothing is more amazing than sharing a healthy lifestyle with others. Showing people that they "can", and watching them acheive their goals is a true passion. Read Chris's Blog Here.

Form is the limiting factor in any movement, whether an Olympic lift, jumping, running, or martial art technique. Without good form the body's true strength and power is limited. Functional training provides the best foundation to enhance your athletic ability in any aspect of an active lifestyle. As a trainer I enjoy motivating everyone to achieve their personal fitness goals. "Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful." -Joshua J. Marine-
