Staying active and fit with functional conditioning is so much more than just a routine, it's a lifestyle. My passion and motivation is to help people to achieve their goals and realize the physical and mental benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle. I want to change the way people look at health and fitness through functional conditioning methods and to experience the way their bodies really work.

Exercise has always been an important part of my life. I enjoy many different sports and activities, and functional conditioning gives me the strength and stamina to excel at all my physical endeavors. I started teaching Aerobics and Fitness classes in 1985, and have been certified through AFAA in Aerobics, Step Aerobics, and Group Exercise. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and positive energy with others who want to become strong, healthy, and fit!

I truly believe you can do whatever you want. I know this because I am living proof. I have been into sports for most of my life, most recently as an endurance athlete. Functional conditioning has enhanced the strength and endurance I need to run 50+ miles during ultra marathons. As a trainer, nothing is more amazing than sharing a healthy lifestyle with others. Showing people that they "can", and watching them acheive their goals is a true passion.
